Overview

Dijitfive (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides IT consulting and digital transformation services for SMEs and mid-market companies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you use the Dijitfive Score assessment, we collect the information you provide directly: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company size, industry, and the biggest blocker you tell us about.

We also collect your answers to the assessment questions, which we use to calculate your Dijitfive Score and generate recommendations.

How we use your information

We use your information to calculate and share your Dijitfive Score, follow up about your results, and, where relevant, discuss how Dijitfive could support your transformation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your information is stored

Score assessment submissions are stored in Notion, a third-party workspace tool we use to manage client information. Our website is hosted on Vercel. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to remember your preferred language (English or French). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@dijitfive.com.
